Keeping it free
Both tools are free, need no account, and nothing about what you watch leaves your browser unless you put it there yourself. That is a deliberate choice, and it has a price: there is no money behind this site at all.
What genuinely costs something: the YouTube Data API quota the channels page spends (a free Google project has a daily limit; one run uses four searches and only a small part of the rest) and the time the catalog rebuilds take. Hosting runs on Cloudflare Pages, which is free for a site like this; the domain name is the only thing paid for. So if you like the site, one of the buttons below is the way to say so.
Nothing below is open yet — every row becomes a real button the moment its link exists.
Ways to help
- Leave a one-off tip A single thank-you. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel. Leave a tip coming soon
- Support it monthly A little every month, for as long as you feel like it. Give monthly coming soon
- Join the community Not a way to pay: a chat server to compare notes on what you are watching and to hear what is being built next. Join the server coming soon
Every button leads off this site, to whoever hosts that tip jar or chat server. Which one that is may change; the link here does not.
What supporting this site does and does not do
- It buys nothing. Every feature stays free; none of it sits behind a payment.
- It changes nothing about your data. A tip jar is a link to somebody else's site: no cookie, no pixel and no account of ours is involved.
- Once you leave, their rules apply. Those sites have their own cookies and privacy policies. What this site keeps is on Data, accounts & privacy.
- Supporting is not a sign-up. No newsletter, no mailing list, no account — the button is the whole relationship. Whatever account a tip jar asks for is between you and them, and you can leave it again in one click.
